We do not have a separate CSR department in our company. And we are proud of that! In fact, everything we do is for only one reason – our responsibility to the society; spread happiness in the community we work in, spread happiness amongst the stakeholders in our business – whether it is a buyer, a supplier, an employee or a living being – including a tree.   

An average human-being works to make a living and to make life purposeful. He spends three-quarters of his life working or learning to work. Some go into the woods, nature or take expensive holidays to find peace, happiness and feel inner peace.

We get that solace, peace and happiness simply by coming to work. We learnt early on that only thing that increases by giving it away is HAPPINESS. Hence, everything we do has only one WHY – how to make anyone who is working with us happy!  That is our Dharma. Dharma the sum-total of responsibilities, duties, righteousness and benediction. 

The why we do what we do is enunciated most humbly and happily by our mission statement  – To Spread Happiness all around, just by doing business with the Principles of Dharma.
